In 2022, we ran for the works council for the first time as a list. Since then, we have actively participated in the committee with a lot of commitment and energy, initiating positive changes. Due to the leaving of colleagues, the composition of the works council has changed significantly. With the upcoming works council election, there is an opportunity for realignment. We want to make an important contribution with a lot of energy and new ideas.
